Coverage at a Glance

Key Principle: Our warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling or damage caused by airlines, airports, courier companies or other third parties.

1. Detailed Warranty Coverage

A. Luggage Shell / Frame

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the suitcase.
• Cracks or structural issues resulting from a manufacturing defect.
• Manufacturing-related defects affecting normal product functionality.

What’s Not Covered:

• Scratches, scuffs, dents or cosmetic marks from normal travel.
• Damage caused by airlines, airports or courier partners.
• Damage caused by impact, dropping, accidents, overloading or improper handling.
• Normal discolouration, fading or surface wear.

B. Wheels

What’s Covered:

• Wheel malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect.
• Wheels that stop rotating properly due to a manufacturing issue.
• Structural defects in the wheel assembly.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wheel wear caused by regular travel.
• Minor wobbling developed through prolonged use.
• Damage caused by rough surfaces, dragging or impact.

C. Telescopic / Trolley Handle

What’s Covered:

• Breakage caused by a manufacturing defect.
• Failure of the telescopic mechanism.
• Push-button mechanism failure caused by a manufacturing issue.

What’s Not Covered:

• Minor natural movement or wobble.
• Damage caused by excessive force or improper handling.
• Damage caused by lifting luggage using the telescopic handle.

D. Zippers, Pullers & Chains

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects affecting the main luggage zipper.
• Zipper or puller failure resulting from a manufacturing defect.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by overpacking.
• Forcing or pulling the zipper excessively.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage to internal lining zippers caused by regular use.

E. TSA & Combination Locks

What’s Covered:

• Mechanical malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect.

What’s Not Covered:

• Forgotten lock combinations.
• Damage caused by forcing or breaking the lock.
• Damage caused by airline, airport or security personnel.
• Incorrect operation or resetting by the user.

F. Carry / Grab Handles

What’s Covered:

• Breakage or failure resulting from a manufacturing defect.
• Manufacturing defects affecting handle attachment or functionality.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by excessive weight or overpacking.
• Damage caused by rough handling or impact.
• Cosmetic scratches or normal wear.

G. Interior Lining & Organisation Features

Interior fabric, mesh compartments, internal straps, lining and internal zippers are subject to regular use and wear. Stains, tearing, abrasion or damage caused by overpacking or improper handling are not normally covered unless determined to be a manufacturing defect.

2. General Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects only.
2. It does not cover misuse, accidents, overpacking, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
3. Damage caused by airlines, airports, courier companies or other third parties is not covered.
4. If the same model or colour is unavailable, Wander Nation may provide an equivalent replacement.
5. Product specifications, materials and colours may change over time.
6. A valid proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
7. Wander Nation may request photos, videos or physical inspection of the product.
8. Approved claims may be resolved through repair, component replacement or product replacement.
9. Warranty repair or replacement does not restart the original warranty period.
10. Loss or theft of luggage or its contents is not covered.
11. Unauthorised repairs or modifications may affect warranty eligibility.

2. Date of Purchase
3. Invoice or valid proof of purchase
4. Clear photographs of the product
5. Photos and/or videos showing the issue
6. A brief description of the problem
